Prakash Dadlani
Prakash has spent over 30 years on both sides of the India-China manufacturing relationship, from founding his own factory in China at 26 to bringing everything he'd learned back home to build Topsail. Today he leads sales, marketing and brand partnerships, and is one of the more visible voices arguing for what Indian manufacturing actually looks like on the ground, with commentary picked up by national media.

Rajendra Bhosale
Rajendra has spent over 30 years building factories across Bharat, teaching himself the craft of manufacturing from the shop floor up. He is Topsail's technical backbone, motor winding, tooling, moulding, assembly and the quality discipline that lets Topsail promise 30–40% faster development timelines.
