The challenge
Oracura, a fast-growing premium oral-care brand, wanted to reduce its dependence on imported water flossers and electric toothbrushes. Matching the performance and finish of established imports demanded far more than a contract manufacturer — it called for an engineering and localisation partner willing to work hand-in-hand with their existing suppliers.
Our solution
We teamed up with Oracura and their Chinese suppliers in a fully transparent collaboration. Our engineering team reverse-engineered their best-selling models, applying design-for-manufacturing principles tuned to our vertically integrated Silvassa facility. Every step is guided by our in-house tool room, motor manufacturing and rigorous quality systems, so the final product matches or exceeds the original imported performance and aesthetics.

The challenge
Facing volatile import costs and long lead times from China, a leading Indian seller of portable rechargeable fans wanted to Swadeshify its most popular range — without giving up the quality its customers had come to expect.
Our solution
We began with their best-selling model, developing custom precision moulds, optimising the design for local production and running it through our fully integrated motor and assembly lines. The first production run of 5,000 units was delivered on time.
